64 decoding stamp pad problems ?

64 decoding stamp pad problems ?
I am looking at an engine block. I have read many of the forums search posts on decoding, but this has me puzzled.
Block is 3782870
Date is G 12 3 ( july 12 1963 )
Pad stamp is F0722S
The problem is in the pad stamp. Is this enough letters and numbers, can't figure how to decode this. Can someone help decode, if this pad stamp is correct, where did it come from, where does it belong.
