Trial Runs: First Time Out of the Box

Drifting
There is no question that I'll use the Richmond. I don't care if the shifts are marginally quicker with the Muncie, or not. As I said......................I don't shift very quickly as it is, now. I have no intention of powershifting in any event. I don't trust myself with my shifting skill, and don't look forward to the possibility of missed shifts and blown engines.
We race heads up. 1 or 2 10ths is major with us.
Donny, 9520 that is smokin, Love those short stroke SBC's. Have you ever considered a rev limiter??

Yep...gotta love those 3.25" strokes!
My 4.250" 555" was getting a little zing happy last time I went to the track too. It was stupid slick so I just pedaled it until it was not pointing at the wall and grabbed a gear...then instant spin...pedal it...spin....and on and on. Funny thing is even with all the drama it ran within .02 of its best ever pass! Looking forward to some mroe runs on a sticky track!
5500 RPM launch...8255 RPM shifts! Short shifted 2nd at about 7600 or so!
