I removed the radio speaker on my car and noticed on the birdcage their was the number 108 written on the top of it in black marker ink, could that be the order number.

Ditch.

that should be the job number. the same number can be found on the bird cage behind the I/C, on the doors, behind the bulk head by the gas tank, on the toe board of the fire wall, and other places
