65 FI Export
I would like to share a few pictures of my 65 FI export per NCRS.
This car was shipped to South Africa when new. I found and met with
the earliest known owner. He bought the car when it was about three years old. He was told that General Motors had this special paint done by a body shop in Johonhansburg. He even knew the name of the body shop. He was told the car was used in the yearly GM new car show in South Africa. The paint is heavy metallic like some of the GM special cars I have seen at Bloomington. Owner moved to AZ in 1994 and shipped the car here.
The car has the original engine,wheels,windows, and has 38,000. I have some export paper work. I hope I can get the photos to come through.
