We have had many calls today regarding accessibility issues for our website. We recently changed internet service providers, and depending on how quickly your own internet service provider updates their domain name server, you may or may not be able to access our website.
If you are experiencing trouble, please do the following:
1. Delete your cookies and cache from your web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari etc.), and then type out our address again in the address box: www.corvettecentral.com
2. Call your internet service provider and request that they update their DNS (domain name server) for corvettecentral.com
We apologize for any frustration this may have caused.
Just a question. Why is it WE have to do something to access your website? Imagine if everyone we accessed did this.
In my opinion, this is something that YOUR Internet Service provider should be able to fix on their end.

If you wait long enough your browser will dump your history and cookies and your ISP will get the updated DNS entry. He simply provided this information for you to be able to access it sooner. There is technically nothing "broken", it's 100% because YOUR ISP needs the updated DNS info, some are just slower than others.
When someone changes site hosts, certain changes must be made so the domain name/url points to the new server instead of the old one. It has nothing to do with you or them needing to do something, it just how things work. It takes days sometimes for these changes to trickle down through all of the 100s of ISPs in the USA etc. It's an automated process, there must be 100s of web sites every day that change hosts/servers.
Just spent a half hour of my life trying to get it doing a step by step procedure and still nothing.
CC better get this straightened out with AT&T or my next purchases will be from, another provider.
My zip is 63052
