brake conversion
What I did was buy a new 67 MC from NAPA for $50. I could have bought a rebuilt one for $25. The 67 front brake line tee came from the usual suppliers. I fabbed my own brake lines to the front tee and the rear brake line. I had to scramble around to find the adapters that you need to put in the MC to plumb up the front/rear brake line but paid only a couple bucks each. I didn't put in a "proportioning valve" as it's main purpose is to provide a switch for the brake light which my 63 doesn't have anyway. I spent less than $100.
