Early Body Scans.....
...of Vette body panels. Before the days of the wonderful NCRS publications and other sources, it was great to have a friend in a Chevy parts department.
Most members on these forums are probably familiar with these panel breakdowns.

I have that one.
Did you get the companion book that was even bigger and better...?
I don't have a pic of it but, i used it back in the late 70's up until the 80's.

Way back when, a good buddy was the parts manager of a local Chev dealership, and used to supply me with those books at the end of each year when the new ones came out. I saved 2 or 3 but threw the rest away....DAH! Sorry guys!

The only other early GM Corvette parts book I kept all these years is an '82 edition but I do have a number of Mitchell Collision guides from the 60's and early 70's. They were great for replacement labor times and parts on all makes and models including the Vettes.
