that is a great read, it shows again the importance of valve train rigidity and head improvements, hard to believe the 50-60 cc chamber volume but raising the camshaft and how it effects the valve train is interesting

Most of the ProStock engines are running cams that net 1.200" + valve lift these days. .800" is old-technology.

yep!...da grump got over 600 hp from a 327 back in the day, drove the mopars crazy....
