Plexiglass lenses (64 resto mod)
Anyone out there know a source for the wrapped plexiglass headlight lenses? The headlight hardware was removed by previous owner, and the flip up light cover was fiberglassed to the front, I want to put in a recessed box with square headlights. I saw this application in July 08 issue of Vette in an article called Custom C2 Corvettes - Revenge of the Resto Mods and really liked it.

Melting Slicks
You will have to make these, you need to make a mold and put them in an oven. Alternatively I know of a guy who makes plexi windows for replica cars, same process really but it still starts with a mold.

Thanks to Ferarri Berlinetta, I can now make F355 quarter plexiglass windows. Please check out the "Plexiglass Parts" thread here in the Mall section to see pictures of the pieces and where he fitted the driver's side window to his car. I'm asking $150 for the pair and $20 should cover the shipping to everywhere. I use Fedex ground so delivery time is 2-4 days max. The pieces are shatterproof and will not crack and are satisfaction guaranteed. My phone numbers are: 816-767-3924 (days), 816-525-8851 (home) and 816-286-6982 (cell).
