Actually, I never filled out anything. I believe they went through the records and automatically included anyone who sold during the period in question.
I buy on ebay but will never sell again. I tried selling on ebay but Ebray held me down and invited fraudulent biders to take turns ^%$#* me. then they charged me for each of 7 times my auction was disrupted by fraudulent bidders.
From the class action site - "If you paid Final Value Fees for selling items in the vehicle-related Parts and Accessories categories on eBay Motors between April 21, 2005, and August 26, 2009, you should have received a formal legal notice by email or postal mail. If so, and your name mail address is correct, you will be entitled to a partial refund of those fees (net of any previous refunds) under a settlement agreement if it is approved as described below."
Again, the amount shown on your statement is NOT the amount you are due before attorneys fees, it's what you paid E-Bay and you get 6.67% of that amount refunded to you.
I read this thread, and thought they forgot about me. That is, until today.
I got "the letter". My hands were trembling as I opened it, anticipating my financial windfall..............
There is was................ 569
Yep, 569 big ones.
I was elated till I put on my bifocals. I had missed the decimal point.
$5.69
My wife and I will be able to "super size" our orders at McDonalds the next time we go. NO MORE small fries and drinks for us, baby. We're flush with cash.

Jim
To bad I wasn't selling car parts during that period. I had $80,000 in ebay sales during that period. Firearms parts and accesories.
On the bright side I wasn't overcharged. Not that I know of anyway.
I don't know if anyone noticed But the letter will tell what you were awarded , I was awarded or owned $846.00 and after the lawyers took their share I got a check of $54.00 , now I know why people hate lawyers.
