Frankie, you may not get negative comments on the Vette (other thread) but your computer sure must be fair game. How the heck does that pic not come through? It's not a link or attachment as it appears on the screen. Slap that sucker a couple times!
A little math says that if the shot was taken in, say '55, and the chick was 20 at the time, she's closing in on 80 today. Guess which direction those bazookas are aimed now? Then again I guess none of us look like we did when we were 20.

That sounds like the key to a riddle: "What is 2 foot long and the diameter of a football?"

What is it you want Frankie to slap when he's looking at her pic.
I could probably tell from the pic if the car is a 53 to mid 54 or a late 54 to 55. The early cars had "flippers" to allow the softtop frame to roll forward. Here is a pic showing the flipper on my 53 car - the flipper is in the stainless trim in between the door trim and the trim on the softtop cover.:
My wife would kill me if she walked in while I was trying to determine whether the two-toned car had a flipper or not.

"But honey, I was just looking to see it it had a flipper on it or not!"
Send the wife to the mall, then get the magnifying glass and get in there for a real close look!
Makes you wonder what guys back then would say if they saw what we can do today with digital cameras which do not require film processing by third parties. Envy would not begin to describe it!
It's plain enough...I'm surprised u all missed it...she just got up from sitting on the gearshift ...she's fanning her dress....read her lips, "Yuck, I'm all wet"
