58-62 wiper transmissions and center pulley plate should work across those years....earlier vettes had different mounting brackets for the transmissions due to the different dash/cowl design. The wiper transmissions will have the year they are intended for embossed on the housing.
I have a bunch of information on this topic if you decide to tackle the job...its a PITA BTW.

I got my "rebuilt" transmissions at Old Town, Kissimmee, Fl NCRS meet last year for like $150 for the whole deal and still had to work them over as they had the wrong length cables installed.

Yes - I may have mis-interpreted your posting...if you want to jettison the cable/pulley system completely then the aftermarket alternatives listed above both work...
You can sell your original wiper components to offset the cost of the new system.
