Sixty six degrees in New Jersey today so out came the Vette.
Took the grandson for a ride. He just hit 60lbs so had his first ride ever in the front seat of a car. First ride ever in a convertible. First ride in a Corvette. We took it real easy and had a great ride!

Great picture That's the time to start getting them into Vettes. It's been warm here as well. I've been driving most of the winter. Had one snow storm (1 foot) but that melted quickly. My grandson is just about ready for his first ride. He seems to be afraid of the cars because they are loud.
My grandson is now 1 1/2 years old. I can't wait till he is old enough, and get permission from my son, to take him out for a spin. I hope it gets him interested in the hobby and I will have someone to leave a car to.

My how times have changed. No car seat for my 5 year old back in the day. Just the seat belt. All he could see was the glove box and the top of the door panel. He still talks about it today. Oh yeah.......He's now 40.
