That reminds me to make sure my extinguisher is fully charged for next summer, and I might even install a battery disconnect someplace on the side of the console pass. side.

Interesting. That car was on E-bay as a 64 last month. The e-bay listing is missing but this thread was created at the time to discuss it.

I saw the earlier post and looked at the link and pics in the ebay ad. Then, last week to my surprise, I saw what had to be the same car on a flat bed truck going down Vista Blvd. in Sparks, NV. There couldn’t be two with the same stripe and burn damage. I don't know if the car was originally for sale here or wound up here after being sold???

I wonder what started it? Wiring harness? What a shame. I bet it was really a nice ride.

First it was listed as a '64, then a '63? FWIW VIN shows in the pic as 40867 S 116778.

Doesn't look so bad. It'll probably buff right out.

I agree, this is confusing.

I think it's labeled "Good" because there's a Beverly Hills city ordinance, which says that "Bad" cars are not allowed within the city limits.

I hate the smell of burned fiberglass in the morning.

Battery disconnects and fire extinguishers are good to have. Reminds me to put both in my 59 when it is ready for a battery.

Call me weird, but the first thing I thought of when reading this title.

I like that ad, just minor stuff to fix. Man, that car is a mess. Whoever buys it has more work cut out for them than they realize.

Jack up radiator cap, park new car under it.

I would hope that its not titled as a 63, its a late december 64 vin. Maybe the 63 style gas cap cover is proof enough for the new owner.

Appears to be "all there"

Numbers matching, with the rare "charcoal interior"
