Splice it into the harness that runs to the back of car...or run a wire to the courtesy light there in the back....or put it through the floor plug and ground to frame.
The birdcage is grounded, and if I remember correctly the metal brace behind the seats is welded to the cage on the open cars. So there is a ground sorce there already.
