Default Shifter Date Code

I am sure this is somewhere, but I have been unable to find it on the forum. Is there a date code on the shifter for a C2 manual transmission? And is there a difference between the manual transmission shifter from a C2 to early C3?

Thanks

The C3 shifter that looks similar is actually taller and has a different reverse lock out that a 1964-67 shifter.

I have never seen a date code on a shifter.

Photo below shows a '64-'67 lever, middle is an early C3, right is a late C3.
