Weather here has been in the mid 70's for the last two days so yesterday I tried putting some color on the '59. It was only the hardtop, but at least I can tell what it will look like now. The color is Chrysler's Mango Tango, PPG base/clear. Only 50° today so it looks like it will be a few weeks before I can do any more painting.
Interior will be orange carpet. Seats are black and saddle leather. Door panels and dash are saddle leather. I haven't put all of the interior together at one time yet, but here is a picture of the seats with a piece of carpet behind. The carpet and saddle leather both looks darker (more orange color) than shown in the the photo
75° here yesterday so I got a few more parts painted, bumpers and headlight covers. The eyebrows and grill surround will be black also. The paint is SEM Hotrod Black, single stage, sort of semi flat.

Are those plastic bumpers? What color are they going to be? Top looks great, and the color reminds me a little of the 55 copper. Like a modern version, very cool.

They are fiberglass bumpers, the teeth are urethane, and they are (and will be) black.
