Default 65 PowerGlide ID

Hi,

On a 1965 Powerglide transmission are there ID numbers that tie it to the engine VIN in some fashion? I see date codes but not yet any sort of partial VIN, like there is on the engine pad.

Thanks

At least in 64, no ViN on a powerglide. Mine had the job number written on the case with a grease pencil. The date of assembly was stamped into the pan.
