Repair / Rebuild Shop near Indianapolis (3rd times a charm, I'm sure of it)......
Well, here I am, at it again. After posting the two threads below looking for shops in other places I've been, I've up and moved across the world for my job (literally across the world).
Shop in IL hunt
Shop in TX hunt
Now I'm in a situation that I've moved to Taiwan for work, and my baby is sitting in a garage in Indy. Having lived aboard for work before AND watching my car sit for years on end - I've decided that this time would be different and am now in a SERIOUS hunt for a good garage.
I've got the punch list, a budget, and a number of boxes of parts.... just looking to be pointed in the right direction. Anyone got a referral to something that's close to Indy now ???

From reading your other two posts it appears you are looking for:
Is that accurate? I can't offer a recommendation for a shop in Indy, but perhaps we can help expose what type of work you want done so as to result in the most relevant recommendations from the forum.
- Wiring harness replacement
- Body repairs and paint

I'm not even thinking about interior / paint / aesthetics at this point. My goal is to get the thing bump-key dependable and reliable.

You have a couple guys on this forum from the Indianapolis area that have shops but I know nothing about their work.
Here is a shop about 120 miles south of Indy that has been around a long time and are well thought of.

Willcox did some work on my car and I was very pleased, price wise and quality. They are about 120 miles(ish) from Indy though. They also do frame offs as well because I saw a 63 getting done there before. And if you've seen Ernie's 62, you know he knows what he's doing. Plus he has easy access to any parts you may need since he's a distributor.
