C2 3/4 Inch Heater Hose Length (Expansion Tank One)
Can someone tell me how long the heater hose from the expansion tank to the 'T' is approximately? I have the one that came off of my '64, which is not original, and is 11 1/2 inches long. It's a non A/C car..

This hose is normally about 4" in length ... 11 inches between tank & 'T' would put the 'T' up on top of the rocker arm cover.
For '66 model year, the AIM page F223, UPC 11-13, sheet A5 shows the short hose in question in your post. It has it's own part number (3825092), but no specific length or tolerance is assigned.
The '66 AIM (pg F79, UPC 1 ASM, sheet D7) has what appears to be hand-entered dimensions for the other pieces of 3/4" hose ... {14" + .50, - .25} heater to 'T' & {18" + .5, - .25} for the water pump nipple to 'T'.
Perhaps your '64 AIM will have similar info at/near these sections.

The hose from the expansion tank outlet to the "T" is 2-3/4" long.
