That's what this forum is for...plenty of people willing to offer advice. And for sure a lot of opinions!

OK, on both the rear quarters on my 67 coupe where the front and rear splash gaurds are bonded to the outer skin , the bonding agent appears to be shrinking and sucking the gaurds in , this seems an unusual situation, Trying to figure how to fix it, can I or should I cut through the bonding agent to release tension on the panel and reglue ?

There is a slight concaved area between the wheel opening and the rear of the door. It is normal. Shrinkage and deformations at bonding strips and bulkheads are normal. If you straighten it all out, it will look good, but it will not be normal or original.

The area between the door and the wheel opening I can live with , but the rear splash gaurd area externaly looks terrible, It has shrunk back top and bottom of the body line , I am all for original with this car however I would rather fix both rear gaurds

In that case, I wouldn't cut anything. I would just fill and block to get it to where I wanted it.
