front windshield clips
I bought new windshield clips for my 63 SWC, got 24 total, 6 thick and 18 thin. The car hasn't had a windshield in it since 66, so I don't have a clue where the thick ones go, nor the spacing. Assembly manual simply says space them equally across the top and bottom, and the picture showing the different spacers is not all that easy to understand. Someone explain it to me pls. Thks.

Look carefully at your windshield frame. The four corners is where the pinchweled frame splices are. At the overlap of the joint will be the "thick" section thus the different clips at the thick portion. Keep asking if you need more info.
