Default Headlight buckets

Just put one of them back in. No idea what you guys go on about, not hard at all, if you have 3 hands, all the size of a 9 year olds, with arms as long as an adult.
I knew they were nauseating but man that outside bearing assembly on both is frustrating, you can't see anything, you do everything by feel and sometimes you are lucky.

Took 1 hour to get one bolt started after that took another hour for the other two bolts. Inside bearings are a welcome relief when you see how they go in.

Had to slacken things off twice to get the glass to align with the body, but eventually got it. This job is right up there with ones I do not like.

After the buckets are painted next year. It will be worse, because every move can cause a chip out of the bucket

I have done this before, a few year ago, but I am having trouble tightening the 2 "Y" stop screws that stop the bucket from going beyond the line up point of the fiberglass. Any easy way to get to the two screws on the "Y" stop?
Thanks George

Yep, they suck. Mine might have been easier than yours, the grill and bumpers weren't on yet. When you put 'em back together tape the edges carefully with the blue or green painters tape and you won't chip anything.
