midyear heater core
My midyear heater core is leaking inside, i need to replace core on non a/c car. I have a write up on how to replace core but i want to know if a novice like me with mediocre mechanical ability can really do it? Anything to worry about like cracking one of the cases?

This subject has been well covered many times and the details can be found by using the search feature on the the subject. It is semi-difficult because you have too contort your body quite a lot. Two tips, have the new core pretested by a rad shop BEFORE installation and don't forget the one nut up under the speaker area.
