I am considering an engine swap into the 64 coupe, maybe getting something built or buying a crate motor, maybe even a 5sp conversion while I am at it.
NOM comes in all shapes and forms, super-bling chrome vs classic valve covers and colors etc... would love to see some midyear engine bays with various styles to help make some choices !
Would also love to here about good crate motor experiences and/or engine builders in Northern California.

Melting Slicks
Hard to beat LS Motors for power, economy and drive ability with their wide power band. You can run a carb and tall valve covers for stock engine bay look but give up some fuel economy.

Enjoy while you can.

Not much bling but a lot of HD and L-88 parts in this old stock bore/stroke 427 motor.
