Default Should I replace the leaf spring
I do not know if leaf springs can be rebuilt, or if my current leaf spring just needs to be cleaned up and have new rubber.

Is there a way to test it?

the only thing you can do is clean it up, paint it, and replace the liners.

As long as the end is not arcing the other way, leave it alone.

Do the rest of your restoration.

Once you have it on the ground with the tires you want. If it sags? Replace it.
