I assume you're talking about the NCRS Technical Discussion Board. They were doing some computer updates the other day and there were issues getting in. Now only the title loads and none of the Discussion Board is visible. I assume they are continuing with their updates and are in the midst of making it work. I'm sure they'll get a handle on it before the day is out.
It could be some updates that didn't go as smoothly as planned, but the message that is now displayed indicates that the site has been hacked and they are working on a fix.
When I went there yesterday and clicked on the site address, I got a "computer security alert" from my security software.
