Banner ads on the forum are often targeted based on cookies the ad software finds in your computer cache.

Do a couple of internet searches for some product and suddenly forum ads may start emulating the data for which you were searching.

It's possible the bed-wetting ads are simply a result of someone on your computer searching for medical supplies, searching for bedding, or (I hate to say it, but it's true) providing demographic information about you to some web site.
