Default AC wiring help

Ok the rookie restore is lost again, I wired the dash and thought I hooked everything up perfect until I got to the AC wiring. The AC wiring has two connectors that come back into the car one connector is suppose to go to the AC Pull fan switch which I already had a dash wiring connector installed is this connection not use on a factory air car? Also on top of the heater box there is a switch which I had another Light blue ,orange and yellow connector installed which isn't correct either so where does that connector go? Does anyone have some pictures, the AIM manual is killing me. The manual shows the components but they seem to be the same Thanks

Factory A/C cars had left-over wiring from the heater-only system. Those wires were bundled with tape and tucked behind the glove box.

The photo below shows the unused wires on my 65 A/C car - look just at the left side of the glove box "hole" above the cross-support bar.

And here is the switch on the heater/AC box with the correct wires on it.

Are you talking about the brass colored item with 2 hoses running to it?

Hmmmm, if you are talking about the small squarish block in the first photo, that is a transformer hanging off the reproduction radio speaker.

so since its reproduction I dont need to worry about it correct?

now that I changed the connection how does the browns hook up? the brown coming off the AC wire connection has a female end the radio Cap. has a female end.wear I wish just one thing would fall in place without the big question mark.. thanks for all the help. pics of the brown wires would be awesome if someone has them.

I don't understand the question.

I BELIEVE the brown wire that is part of the A/C harness, goes to a wire at or near the A/C fan switch.

I KNOW the capacitor at the oil pressure gauge, connects to an always-hot dark brown wire that is part of the main harness.

Thank you DZVette,
that confirms it. All is as it should be….which incidentally is usually the answer 😁
