I went out to start my '63 Vette this morning and all of a sudden the steering wheel pulled to the left and the was squealing like crazy. I turn off the motor and tried it again and it started all over...
I did replace the power steering cylinder and hoses this winter. There is fluid in the resivoir. The hoses are new. And I didn't have any problems yesterday.
Any way to fix it? Is the a valve that is stuck? Is there any additive to free the valve? Can I remove the belt and drive the Vette without power steering?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
