Default Photos in my Photo Album

I put some frame photos in my Photo Album. Frame is still in question. Might wait until Spring to have someone look at it and discuss options.

Would love to get it up on the road again... but safely.

Thanks for all of the replies.

Im a little confused...if you have 20K in it already it should be able to drive and enjoy. Unless you bought it for 20K as is?

I did buy it for 20K. Offers for it AS IS were in the $25k - $28k range.

When I was interviewing restorers the estimates they gave were all over the map, from $25K to $125K! Same goal (NCRS Top Flight), same detailed pics, and still $100K difference!!! I tossed everyone below $50K and over $100K immediately. My short list included multiple well qualified restorers in the $70K-$85K range and I'm very pleased with the results.

Cheers,

Do not touch anything yet....

Get out your local phone book and look up the phone number for Mike Ernst. He lives in or near your town and is the pastor of a big Lutheren church up there.

Ask Mike to come over and look at your car. He will be able to tell you if you might have an NCRS Bowtie candidate. He knows 62's best, but is no dummy on midyears.

Original unmolested cars are very hard to find and NCRS people go gaga when one turns up..
