Default Dash/shift console/glove box door black paint?

Many folks are using the SEM paints to reaping the dash clusters, shifter consoles and glove box doors in black. The question is, which color trim black? Flat, satin or euro trim black??

What have others used??

The sem 39143 is a flat black
sem 39144 a satin black or the sem 39003 euro trim??

Thanks
Dan

You’re going to get answers from all over the map on paint and colors. I used SEM 39143 Trim Black on the steering column and center area of the dash. In my opinion, it’s more on the flat side than semi-gloss. I remembered my original ’67 as having more of a gloss on the cluster and glove box door, so I used Rust-Oleum Satin Black (self priming) on them. The Rust-Oleum has slightly more gloss than the SEM Trim Black, which is what I was looking for. The pic below looks a bit more glossy than it really is due to some reflection.

I use SEM Landau Black #15013. It goes on very nice.
