I noticed that some of the 64 have slightly shorter exhaust tips coming out of the holes in the back. I like it better with the longer tips. Not sure if this is specific to 64.
Any idea? It's not the N11 off-road exhaust RPO (muffler is different but not appearance wise).
All of the tips are the same length; how far they protrude through the rear valance depends on how far they're pushed on the muffler outlet and how the rear of the muffler is positioned fore-aft relative to the chassis.

John how much did they stick out when new from the factory. Do all of the original ones have GM part numbers stamped in them.

Thanks
The end of the tips were generally an inch or two forward of the rear edge of the bumper - it wasn't critical. Original tips didn't have part numbers on them, but most of the reproduction tips do.
