Just got her home- 65' Coupe L76
Well, I drank the Cool Aid. My friend let me drive his 67' tri-power coupe and I was hooked. And then I took my wife for a spin and she started to giggle (have a 600 HP Z06 and 90' ZR1 that she is not too excited about).
So the search began, and a nice 65' coupe showed up in Minnesota. Numbers match L76, M21, side pipes, knock offs, pwr antenne, AM/FM, and we fell in love.
Can't believe how cool these cars are, how bad axx they sound with side pipes, how well the 327 performs, and how much attention they get at every stop light. WOW, I am love!!!

Welcome to the midyear world...and a '65 at that! SWEET!
Enjoy the ride!!
Although your fuel line rubber looks fresh, you might want to change it out. Makes me nervous routing that much rubber line across the front and top of the motor. Not sure if the fuel filter is mounted on the front of the block above the fuel pump on her.
I'd check out LICS (Long Island Corvette Supply, Paragon and Corvette Central) for making her a little safer.
Again, sweet looking '5. I know you'll enjoy her!
Regards,
Jim

As you can see, I have similar taste. (I only wish the car looked as good as this photo makes it seem!) But it does drive.

Very nice car, you can't beat the looks of a coupe or convertible with sidepipes. Their just wicked looking. Congratulations on your new ride, and like they said, drive that baby.
