speedometer
just bought 66 coupe,327,300hp,all original,tires on knock off wheels. I drove it for 2nd time and noticed speedometer is way off---shows slower than I am going,65mph,tach is at 2500 rpm. Whats the problem and how do i repair ?

the plastic speedo gear in the trans is wrong. you have to determine what rear gear you have. after you do that. post that here and some one will steer you to the right part.
