Thanks, I'll be interested in the outcome. I have a similar vibration that I've never been able to track down either. Are you using urethane or rubber mounts? I'm switching back to rubber when the new engine goes in.

I had rubber mounts originally and switched to the poly mounts. The vibration was there regardless of the mounts.

Thanks Dave. I thought maybe that was the source, but I guess not. Was your engine shifted too far to the passenger side?

The tailshaft was because the motor and tranny were pointed towards the left side of the car. It is now installed per factory specs of 7/8"ths to the passenger side and is straight compared to the frame rails..

I had a chance to get the car out today after the ice we had fall.. The roads were dry so I went out to play.. It was late so it may not be clear but you can hear her hit..

I can't wait to make a real power run!! I was running 13.2 @ 115 (yes I know my 60 ft times were horrible) Even with my poor driving skills I expect to be well into the 12s...

The GNM pipes sound so much different than the Allen's 2 1/2 stainless pipes I had on there.. a raspy tinny hit...
