Default Engine identification help

Pulled the engine out of my 59. Was told it was not original motor. Replaced around 1964 pad reads 3120146. F0717rd. Block casting is 3782870. Heads are 3782461. F283. Any ideas? Want to sell along with all original accessories.

Sounds like a 327/300 from '63 Vette #20146, which had a manual transmission.
