Need help identifying engine

Hi there I need help identifying this engine. I got this from a guy who was cleaning out his garage because he was moving. He gave it to me! It's been sitting in he's garage for over 20 years and said he took it out of his 58 Vette because it was the wrong engine for it. He also told me it was from a 63 Corvette and it was a 327 but the valve covers say 283 Turbo Fire 195 Horse power.

Block Number is 3782870 or maybe 3732870 B63
stamp 3109795 F02IISC

Intake 3746829 GM7 A309

Heads 3795896 GM5 B93
3795896 GM6 A303

I have search the web and this forum and think that the block number is 378 and not 373
and B63 means the block was made Feb 1963

What is something like this worth, it's in piece but seems to be all there except for the head bolts. There is 2 sets of pistons.

Block & heads from a '63 327 250hp with auto trans. VIN derivative matches a Feb. '63 built vehicle.

Casting #3782870 = 1962-65 327 low hp250 hi hp 375 2 (bolt main caps) car, truck

F02IISC = Flint, Feb 11th

SC = 1962 327 Powerglide - 250hp 4-barrel Corvette

Actually the SC was also used in '64.
