Default Identify Steering column

This column came out of a 63 i had. I thought column was 63 but someone said it may not be as it has no round hole where turn signal goes. It has rectangle hole near top. Can anyone help tell me which year or what it is? Thanks for the help

Take a picture of the top end of the column like you were looking at it from the driver's seat.

It looks like 64 to 66. The turn signel switch is external on the shaft in 63.

How do you tell it was a telescopic when it's missing upper end? Fair value I should ask in selling?
