Default C2 Overall Weight Question

Has anyone actually weighed (1963-1967) their car and the results? The big diferences would be how much gas was in tank, big or small block and ac or not. I am sure there are some other variations but that gets the big deltas. Looking to see how much as stock or close to big block would weigh with no AC.

SB, factory 4 speed, 3,054 lbs with a full tank of gas, Convertible top up, and aftermarket Classic Auto Air in place (I'm not in it).

Hey Donny, is that pic photoshopped? Appears you're now running with a small block hood...what's up? Going back to how she came down the assembly line? :

63 vert, top down, LS3, Newman Chassis, a ton of dynamat and stereo equipment, 3/4 fuel tank, no driver, battery located behind passenger seat. Weight was 3063 with 48f/52r. Between my stereo setup and relocated battery, I added at least 100lbs back there.

Jim,

that shot is not photoshopped.... it's all tire

it was hinted that I should run the correct hood when I got into the low 13's, it's been there for a couple years now

Jim, as someone who has been in the opposing lane from Donny....downwind..... I can testify to it being all tire smoke. It's Donny's way of helping support Rusty Small, our tire pimp, er, I mean supplier.

My '64 came in at 3080 and 1/3 tank of gas. . I believe the the weight scale was calibrated to a + or - 20 pound threshold.
