Yesterday there was a Corvette show here in Atlanta. It was at the Chevy dealership and they have one every year. A fairly good turn out.
Anyway, I shot this photo of a Sting-Ray and looking at it it really was a departure from the previous version. I'm not so sure the C7 is really 'worthy of the Stingray name". Maybe that why is not a Sting-Ray!
Enjoy the photo!!

Are you a professional at pic taking of cars? You sure caught the 63 SWC at it's best. Having had about 10 or so 63 SWC that is at the top of pic I have seen of them. You are correct the C7 has nothing on the C2 SWC.

Thanks Mike but no I'm not a professional. I'm actually an Airline Pilot and take photos as a hobby! But I sort of out did myself on this one. I do, however, have some training in the art and science of photography!
When I was a kid, my friend has a 63 SWC, so I have sort of an affinity for them.
Will send it later tonight, don't have access to it now, but here is another one from different angle.
Nice shot. No I don't unfortunately. There were three SWC's at the show, this is the silver one. The other two were black. I shot this during that show!
Over the years I have photographed many SWC, but I can tell you this, the Silver color ALWAYS compliments this car the most. Sure you have the reds, blacks and navy blue, even the silver blue, BUT nothing photographs under various light conditions better than the Sebring Silver.
