Went to look at this car for a friend today, owner says it's a prototype and is firm on crazy price. Some help would be appreciated to decipher what this was.

The garage was dark and the fuel line routing made the pad stamp hard to read, so I may be wrong on that.

Actually the car was in good shape other than the mods.
