I'm looking for advice on what is a good set of roller rockers, 3/8" screw in studs, guide plates & good push rods if someone could help. These go on a set of 2.02 small block heads. They are also 1.5.
Comp Cam Pro Mags.... You may have to double up on the valve cover gaskets though because of the poly locks. If you want to avoid that you can purchase shorter poly locks or have the ones provided machined.

What's the intended purpose of the engine for which you want these parts?

I would suggest good old stock Chev stamped rockers for your HP range. Unless you want bragging rights about roller rockers
I can't remember if the best ones had the triangle or O stamped in them, I am sure someone can remind me, but if you can find those used, go for it, or just buy some true 1.5 stamped rockers from Crower, or someplace.
Less to go wrong, utterly reliable, less expensive, and no valve cover clearance issues.
I'm putting a 350 engine into 1967 corvette and are looking for around 350 to 375hp and want it for driving.
Given your application, I agree with Doug on this.... keep it simple and use the stamped steel rockers. See that car in my avatar? Per vintage road racing rules here on the left coast, it runs stamped rockers (low dollar replacements I bought at NAPA). Never a problem.
You also asked about rocker studs and push rods: No one does it better than ARP for rocker studs. My car uses Comp Cams "Hi Tech" push rods. Never a problem with either of these.
