Default Vanity plate

I will update this posting when the plate arrives, but I could not resist telling you all I ordered my second- ever vanity plate- for the '64. I usually have not found them to be a perfect fit for my car (though I once had OA5599 on my GA plate for a 70 challenger 4-speed homage to Vanishing Point).

I heard at the DMV when registering my old generic C6 tag that the TN plate reading STNGRAY has expired. I bought it. It's "in the mail."

I know with the resurrection of the general name for the C7, some rich dude would want it in Tennessee for his new car; I thought it belonged with one of us. Long live the real Sting Ray!

LOL, I had "ITSA64" on mine for awhile and people asked what year it was.

Some folks look at my '67 and ask what year it is and is it a big-block

JSB,

Here's a picture of the plate I used to run on my '64 back in the '70's in St. Louis. Missouri only had six digits on the plates back then so I couldn't get the "A" to fit....but still got the point across!

You'll get a lot of looks and comments with that plate....Enjoy it.....And post some pictures when you get it!
