my cousin and i have dealt with them for years. no problems. some people have had
problems but i do not know how they ended up. ohio state patrol raided them a year or
so ago and found nothing. last i heard mershons is suing. remember they are a used
car lot. i have found bob the sales manager to be a honest man. jd karnes

However, my intended definition of validation is much more than that though:
I went in to the C2 market informed. Get someone who is informed if you are not.
Believe you me, many people considering A C1/C2 the first time go in blind.
EVERY SINGLE PERSON who came to look at my C1 to buy had no clue what to look for, even the person who bought it.
My '70 Stage-I sold sight-unseen.
When I got my car from the Mershons, the very first thing I did was drive it, taking note of anything unusual (the car had a thump in the rear, and several other rattles....1st/2nd/3rd had abnormally loud mesh/wine, and a little bit of a hesitation, and it pulled to the right. I carefully noted all my observations.
When we returned, I had them put it on a lift, and I inspected all the major numbers, frame, suspension, corrosion, etc focusing on the areas which I noted while driving it. Once that all checked out, I inspected the rest of the car.
Everything checked out, and the price was fair market value including all problems which where "included" with the car.
Not once did Meshons' try to misrepresent the car I was considering.
