Driver quality
Driver quality=in need of complete restoration.

When i was looking for a '69-'72 car, I found:
Excellent condition, '69 convertible: in fact, had no steel left in the frame, only large iron oxide flakes that looked like an imitation of a frame. Birdcage? What birdcage? Asking price was $25K. It had a *bad* front fender repair, also
95% restored: car was gutted, door panels in back, no vacuum lines for headlights, etc but it had a 383 motor and had chickens living in the car. He only wanted $20K for the car, a '70, I believe.
Seller wouldn't show up for appointment on a third car.
Fourth car, which i finally bought, at a greatly discounted price from asking price, was very solid in frame, and body, and mostly restored interior, but needed some minor mechanical repair, which I did. It was advertised as restored, etc, etc, but no mention was made of the worn out steering box, or bad motor knock, which turned out to be a pushrod tip wearing away. Seller; "what, they don't all sound like that?"
