wiper problems
my 64 vette has a problem with the wiper. I Turned the switch on nothing, removed the wiper motor tested with 12 volts it works, plugged it into the cars Wiring it works, but when I turn off the switch it will run for 20 sec. or more. Is it the Switch or wiper motor? thanks, jim

wiper problem
I ordered a new switch, every time I turned it on I felt a small shock. I took it out and kept it plugged in and noticed it would spark when touched to metal. Not sure if that's a grounding or not.
