Underbody reinforcement brackets
Hi Every one. I have a 66 AO SMITH BODY . I am hoping you can set me straight on the finish color of the floor reinforcement brackets . I have a car that for the most part is untouched, with that said the seat belt reinforcements along with the seat floor brace are zinc chromate,is that correct. The front brackets one holds the fuel pedal and also the filler panel on the L/S as well as the R/S. What are they finished with zinc chromate or semi black. The last question I have is the #4 body mount reinforcement ,when I removed it from the body the paint on the underside of the bracket was black not zinc chromate can you tell me what is correct.
