64 FI no start
Ok my fuelie only starts with ether. Rebuilt by JP. Just had gear pump rebuilt by maxine Parsons. Got new CSV. I still have no gas coming out injectors at cranking. Timing set at 12. Plenty of spark with timing light. Cable seems to b turning ok. I have fuel at fuel meter. Ran fine on 4 barrel. Any ideas

It will run after I start it on ether. But it has a dead stop on acceleration. I can get it to 180. Cut it off and it will not restart. I have talked to JP and he says I need to make it a 7380 unit.

That was his answer???????????????????
A 7380 can run just like yours if it has faulty parts or assembly issues.
7375 and 7375R units didn't run like that is set up right.
What do you suppose JP is trying to tell you and why.
I'd take Jerry up on his offer and call him.

What this thread identifies is that not everyone should own a FI Vette....
and everyone wants one to the extent they will even make a phoney....unfortunate, but true.....

An FI engine is the easiest thing in the world to start. Set the fast idle and turn the key. Engine will start .... if the FI is in good condition.
But OP's engine won't start. I haven't read anything which even remotely suggests that's OP's fault.

That's not my take-away.
