To help provide this information, please list/describe all of the codes and logos shown on the windshield.

I cannot find D or W as a LOF Glass date code (original glass). The M61 refers to a manufacturer's glass specification. I need ALL the info to provide a better answer.

DW636 - Domestic Windshield, number 636 fits all C2, it should be either CLN for clear with no hardware or GBN, Green with Blue Shade band no hardware, or GTN Green tint no hardware. This is an aftermarket windshield which uses the NAGS (National Auto Glass Specification) part numbering system no relation to OEM the M61 represents the model number that describes the FMVSS 205 model construction as required by law.

If you post the DOT code (Department of Transportation) I can tell you who made it....DOT 15/or 177 Pilkington owned by NSG, purchased LOF Libbey Owens Ford years ago (original on all Corvettes up to C5 when Asahi and AP Technoglass was awarded the OEM contract. DOT 18/904 is PPG or PGW etc etc....

You have a modern replacement aftermarket part in your car. the info does not have anything to do with date code.
